Double click on your clock in the system tray, and modify your settings to whatever timezone and time and date you want.

If you are talking about flashing your BIOS, you have to remove the CMOS battery.

Right click the clock in the system tray and choose Adjust Date/Time

Click on the time on the tool bar and the screen to change the time will come up.
