Why is when you are a passenger in a car and you read a book or magazine, you feel dizzy?
How do you correct that?

It's because your eyes can still see stuff going by outside the car. If your view is completely taken up by the book, so within inches of your face or you lay down in the backseat, so you won't see any motion outside the car, that should prevent you from feeling dizzy.

Have a break from reading for 10 Minutes every half an hour.

I get the same thing. You just dont read. Look out the window and enjoy the scenery
