The same questions keep getting asked: Why is Clemens still pitching?" I'm getting sick and tired of this Clemens bashing. At his age, he is still one hell of a pitcher. Can't we all focus on something other than Clemens, Yankees and Red Sox?

Petty jealousy. Small people get bent out of shape that Clemens, at age 45, makes more in a week, then they will, lifetime, by age 45, flipping burgers or in some other unrewarding service sector career.

Clemens comes back whenever he wants, doesn't travel with the team, and gets paid a ton of money. I guess special treatment never creates drama right? That doesn't happen in anyone elses job?
How about we focus on Clemens getting named by Jason Grimsley when he was questioned about steroids by the FBI. You don't just name names to the FBI without having some kind of proof.

I'm getting tired of Roger Clemens. If he was with any other team, it wouldn't be such a big deal, but since he's with the Yankees the whole world must stop what they are doing to hear about him. Atleast thats what it seems like with the coverage he's getting.

to more people seem to write hateful things about them or the yankees its because they respect him deep down inside.
just like when they go play away from yankee stadium the people booo jeter and arod and all the good players. but when a scrub goes to bat they dont boo.
why is that? its because they know what he can do. they just jealous of him. im sure if he was playing on their teams they would totally reverse their opinion on him.

We could, but Roger seeks publicity and is so much in love with himself that he draws attention from those of us who just hope he would retire and leave baseball to the fans and team players. He certainly is not one!!
