I LOVE TARGET!!!!
It's so much cleaner, there's a lot more room to maneuver a cart than in many many of the walmarts I've ever been to. They have much better store-brand products, and they also carry clothing that I can actually wear and don't fall apart in the wash.
Some of the walmarts in my area are pretty scary - poorly lit parking lots and crammed full of people all the time. I will actually drive a little farther to get to a Target rather than go to walmart.

Target, they have much better quality, the staff are much friendly and the checkout is much much better. Where I live We have a Super Wal-Mart, they have 50 checkout lanes and when they are at their peak busy hour, they have 3 registers open. You will wait 15 minutes to check out. Target doesnt have that many but, if more than a couple of people are in line, they pull people from all over to open another register. Wal-Mart will start to crumble soon. Wait and see. People are starting to realized that they are not a well run, quality and customer driven as they say they are.

It depend on what you are looking for. Wal-Mart is cheaper but Target has better clothes and quality.
