I will give a big chunk to a charity in the Philippines. I will give 2 million to your niece and nephew (if they are alive). I will give them the rat and owl to care for. If you are still alive, you get 5 million to start an art institute. (hopefully you are not concidered a relitive)

I would have it buried in an old abandoned mine, or cave or ghost town, or wherever it wouldn't get disturbed.
Then, I'd leave the map tucked in between the pages of some random book in some random library.
The person who found the map would have to follow a series of puzzles and clues that would take them all over the States until they finally found the treasure.

Well, of course my pets need to be taken care of and whoever agreed to do that would get $200million. My attorney would monitor them to make sure the pets were happy and the money would be doled out bit-by-bit.
The rest I think I would give to my doctors at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston.

Divide the will. 50% goes to different charities, 40% for the homeless and those in the shelter. 10% for the pets and their care taker.

You can't leave it to the animals without designating a caretaker, who would act as the executor of the trust.
I'd leave part of my estate to someone like that, for the care of the animals. The rest would go to several charities.

(yes i know a lot of it would be wasted on flat screen tvs - but some might help)
