As a long time naturist I've always done the same as everyone else at naturist beaches - stripped off and enjoyed the sun.
It's remakable how many shallow people there are who reply to these questions and all they see is how people look!
There are people of all ages at naturist beaches & resorts, from babies to pensioners and all ages in between. If people are so hung up on the fact that there are older people there to me that says more about their own inadequacies than anything else.

If by naturist you mean nudity, the only place you might get away with that is along the coastline of Goa. Although it is NOT legal, there is often topless sunbathing in beach spots such as Patolem, Chandolim, Ozra, and Agonda. Other than that, a private beach would be your only option.

Human beings. Nothing more unusual than that.
I have been to Studland bay in Dorset and Leysdown on the Isle of Sheppy.
Didn't take a camera because the sand would ruin it.

A lot of wrinkled prunes with legs.
I was backpacking along the south coast with my girlfriend... walking boots, anorak, huge rucksack etc etc and suddenly we noticed that a couple of people walking towards us were wearing dark brown clothes that hadn't been ironed for about 100 years... until we realised that they were naked and we were walking along part of a beach reserved for naturists. We were the only people with clothes on!
It was at that moment I decided that naturism wasn't for me... they all looked like their skin was made of crumpled brown paper - yuk!
