There is no physical date for father's day for countries such as USA, United Kingdom, France, Mexico (etc), it falls on the third Sunday in June, which as correctly pointed out for the year 2007 is the 17th of June.
The date also varies from country to country. For example in Poland it falls on June 23rd every year. In Brazil it is the 2nd Sunday in August and in Romania it falls on May 5th.

Here in Australia it is always the first Sunday in Spetember, and Mothers Day is always the second sunday in May
