How can I improve my spin bowling, can anyone give me some technique or tips on how to spin the ball heaps.

This doesn't just happen to beginners, sometimes you can have an experienced player who doesn't play for say a year he/she will feel the pain the following day. There is nothing you can do right now just stretch and don't play any more until you recover. Otherwise you'll end up hurting yourself too much don't worry after a couple more training sessions you'll stop getting the pain. You quite young don't get many young spinners good on you keep at it.

I too m a spin bowler. See it took me more than 3 years to learn spin properly and this was a difficult task for me. If you too keep practicing then you may be a good spin bowler

Watch the great spinners on video, with concentration, with purpose! Kumble, Bhajji, Warne, Murlitharan, Afridi (on his good days!).....they are all good, and watching them intelligently and analytically, can help you to develop your skills as a spin bowler!

Approach any one except Shane Warne for tips. If you go to Warne, you will become a better screwer than spinner
