When he speaks, I'm confident he's as dumb as the moron he works for. Cheney is a warhawk and here is his quote about his military service: "I had other priorities in the sixties than military service." –on his five draft deferments, April 5, 1989

Dick Cheney is a cold hard businessman who doesn't exude anything but sheer deceit when he speaks. He was an unfortunate choice for V.P. and America is suffering because of it. I am neither a Democrat nor a Republican but in my opinion Cheney (as well as Bush) have set back the Republican party many, many years. This does not mean that they can't win the upcoming election but a great deal will depend on how the Iraq situation is developing, the status of immigration and of course, who is running. Thank God Cheney will be out of the picture for good.

Confidence in what? He surely doesn't make anyone feel confident that we have qualified people in important positions. But then this administration has all about filling positions to pay back political favors over filling positions with top notch, qualified people. I can not remember the last time Cheney said anything that wasn't later proved to be only his imagination, a stretch, or just a out and out lie.

Cheney comes across as informed, I have never seen a man who so clearly knows what is going on and who all the players are. Like him or not he is the grown up that boy politicians like the Brett Girl want to grow up to be.

Absolutely. May I throw in determinatin, informatiive, willingness, and an intelligence. That few are willing to give him credit for. OUr President, George W. Bush, picked him as The Vice-President. That should say an awful lot. Good Question. Good Morning!
