Nope- only scholars. However, Coptic has a lot of similarities to the ancient language and there is a small minority population in Egypt today. Just search for the "coptic church" in google

Just so that i have credibility; I married an Egyptian man and also currently living in Egypt. I've always been fixated with Egypt since i was a small girl.
1.) All Egyptians speak "Egyptian Arabic"
2.) The pronunciation of the words in ancient Egyptian language is lost.
3.) The Egyptologists certainly understand the writing. Zahi Hawass is a great example.

Not that I know of, but there is a priesthood who speak a very close language to it.

No. There are dialects which may be close, but the inflections have long since been lost.
