I have a comleted text book.

I need to send it to a desktop publisher to handle the final layout, add in pictures and so on.

Roughly how long would it take. Each page has a fair amount of formatting for exercises and the book is 100 pages long.

By the way, I know it depends on a lot of things. But a basic estimate can help me a lot.

If you use a place like lulu.com, which is free publishing in either hardback or paperback, it takes as long as you take to upload it and format it. After that, once you purchase a copy, I think it takes mere days for them to print it and add mailing time.

PS. they have formats available that you just 'drop' your work into in order to make it even easier to use their site.
