The other day,I've noticed that several of my fellow employees had different types of SS cards. They all had different coloring and stuff and seemed to be from different time periods. Just curious if the Administration changes them from time to time just like they do driver's licenses, etc.,because mine is from like the early 80's and it's got a mostly white background with blue lettering and not mostly blue like the newer ones.Does anyone know if that's normal?

Mine is from the mid-80s and sort of looks like yours. Also, the newer ones don't say "don't laminate" on the back.
