i'm going to have some sausage, eggs over ordinary with some garlic flavored abode fries, toast and low....thank you.... and 3 orders of pancakes for the youngsters with chocolate milk.....

No sugar muesili with extra oates and dried cranberries sunflower seeds pumpkin seeds linseeds mollasses, I customise my own brekki and it tastes good and is v. healthy.
