i think they do...my dog died recently....i was sitting watching tv in my living room n im pretty sure i saw a silvery silhouette pass by the couch, and go into my room...i think it was my dog...

Its a big and weird world out there. Yes I do believe there are ghost cos i've personally seen (only her back - thank God)and felt my late grandma when she passed away. I was young then. Old folks said (only myself and another cousin of mine experience this) cos we were laughing at the adult for observing the 'seven day' where they believed the dead will be back to visit one last time. My cousin and i could both describe the dress she was buried in. (We children arrived for the funeral after the coffin has been closed). After that incident, I kept my mouth shut. No denying for the first time my teeth was chatterring so fast and i was trembling like a wet mouse.

No. People just think they exist because of the media. The media loves the "real-footage-of-a-ghost" kind of thing because it attracts viewers. And also it's a big thing for the horror movie industry. And when people say they have "personal encounters" with a ghost, it is actually only in their mind and they only think they see something due to some kind of light effect.

They do. I've heard their eerie chilling voices and almost ran into one in a haunted house they frequent! Still recoils whenever I recall the scene.
