okay, since you are trying to get Indians to study/work here in Australia, you need to make each and every indivudual person's experience worthwhile. You, first of all, need to secure a position in Australia, and you need some sort of prior living conditions there before you ask people from India to come over to Australia.
Now, supposing you are trying to get a professor to come here. You need to make sure that you take thetime to investigate your options for that one person, that is, universities, and the behaviour of students, as well as many other things that a professor requires to get himself here.
Another consideration is exactly how much the other party is willing to sacrifice, and how interested he or she is in coming to Australia.
You are thinking of building a community, and unfortunately, unless you have the inborn ability of convincing people to do things for you, you will succeed in only bringing the most meagre amount of people here.
Look, first of all, YOUR experience here count. When you're telling people about Australia, you need to include some good points about the place, and the lifestyle, and the people.
There are already huge communities of Indians Australiawide, and that cultural barrier is well accepted, and it is being broken by many.
So try your hardest in convincing people of your experience here and i hope you get that right!!
good luck!!
