9:00 breakfeast- 2 scramble eggs 2 glasses of water
12:00 snack- glass of water half of an orange
1:00 lunch- 2 glasses of water cucumber
3:00 snack- glass of water half of an orange
5:00 dinner- grilled chicken 2 glasses of water


usally i have fast food and drink pop and no water and trust me i wont get sick of these foods cuz its some of my fav. foods

You should lose a lb or two the first week. After that it may come off quicker. Make sure you get some exercise as well. remember: always consult a medical professional before starting any diet or exercise program. I"m not a doctor but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express once.

I'd suggest u don't stick 2 this diet for long. U should not eat after 7 pm & drink more water.

you really need to eat better than that and include a little carbs your brain needs them to function properly. Try looking up a nutrition website for healthy and balaenced meal ideas

i think you can loose alot of weight when you're eating something like that daily... but i think it's not a good/proper diet.... cause it's not enough to give you energy for the day... one thing i can suggest is that eat proper meal and exercise! it's safe and it's healthy! :D

That is not enough food in a day ! You will not lose much as your body over-compensates , you need more in there , sorry

Well you will lose some. BUT You should really ADD into this some exercise. Like some walking or running. Something that will HELP BURN calories.
