Ohio State vs UMiami 2002 National Championship Game when Dorsey is grabbed at end, turned, and he throws an incomplete pass and Ohio State wins the National Championship. I'm a Buckeye fan.
Flutie's pass to beat UMiami. Anytime UMiami loses is great.
Cordell Stewart throwing pass to beat Michigan. Anytime Michigan loses is great.
The best is the Cal-Stanford game 1982, when Cal returns the kickoff for a touchdown, the Stanford band is on the field, and Elway cries after the game.

As a Georgia fan, My fav play of all time was '80 Buck Belue to Lindsey Scott, for a come from behind win over the Gators, and then We won the National Champ, I heard it on the radio, with Monson so happy he broke his seat.
But I would say outside of that Boise state at the Fiesta Bowl this year, there were at least 3 of the top 10 plays I have ever seen all with less then 2 minutes to go, or in OT, and a forth earlier in the game.
The Cal band, and Flutie would be 2 and 4 in my view.

It's a tie. Either it was Doug Flutie's miracle hail mary pass into the endzone, or when the band played on and the Bears won the game. I still remember the quote.
"The band is out on the field!!!! He's going into the endzone!!!!
Plus the guy who scored knocked over the trombone player.

University of Alabama safety George Teague, running down Lamar Thomas and stripping him of the football,in the 1992 Sugar Bowl. Thomas had world-class speed, and was going in for a touchdown. Teague, who was supposed to be in deep double coverage, had bitten on a fake by another receiver, and nearly killed himself to catch Thomas. It was an amazing effort.

"The Play" in Cal Stanford, but what about the statue of liberity in the Boise State Oklahoma Fiesta bowl, that was an incredible ending to one of the best bowl games I have ever seen

The Stanford play in the end zone with the band marching on the field.

Between Fluties pass, and the amazing underdog win by Boise State last year in the bowl games. I was watching the end, and I must say, that's... amazing.

Well that would probably still be the greatest play. I mean come on we STILL talk about it. We still make a big deal about it. Although anytime a kickoff that filled with laterals WORKS it is just an amazing play.

I'd say it was Doug Flutie's last-second Hail Mary pass against Miami in 1984. It capped off Flutie's Heisman Trophy season. I saw it when it happened, and I was like "Whoa!"
