Try to release the grip you have on your alcohol drinking vessel.....you'll find you don't drink so much & your fingers won't be quite so numb.....

if you are a heavy drinker for long enough then you will sustain permanent nerve damage have you ever seen how a heavy drinker has problems walking this is down to nerve damage
