Chocolate!!! Unfortunately, my teeth have become sensitive to sweets so eating chocolate is as painful as if I had bad cavities. which I don't. *cry*
I also really crave sushi. I only like the cooked kind, and I NEED it that time of the month! LOL
I don't think you have too much to worry about with the yogurt. Just watch your caloric intake, and if you're eating more than like 300 calories worth of yogurt a day then watch what else you eat, to keep your total daily calories down, or exercise a little more. Yogurt is good for you.

Chips and chocolate. And yes, if you eat too much of the frozen yogurt, it can make you gain weight. It's the calories, not the fat grams that make you gain weight. But considering what I indulge in, yours isn't too bad. If you can find sugar free, it would be better. But I'm not one to talk........ :)

Pure junk food... how bad am i?? Chocolate, chips, sweets, take-aways... anything fattening. I'm not sure why?? I'm usually a pretty healthy eater??
No I don't think the yoghurt will make you fat, yoghurt is actually really good from you and can prevent you from getting thrush...
