Ya know, just give ourselves a nice little pat on the back for a question well asked? I'd even settle for a limit of 5 "self stars" a day. They could make them a different color so as not to be confused with stars awarded by non-askers. And yes, if I could, I would star this question. (I know you were wondering.)

I know, we think all of our own questions are good, or we wouldn't have asked. But don't you agree that some are just better than others. Really have that "star" quality.

We used to be able to do that, and I starred one of mine by accident and felt really embarassed. That was back in the days before someone told me you could delete a star.
