The same way you punish anyone!
As long as they don't have a serious illness,there is nothing wrong with throwing their azzes in jail,but there is something you can still do to punish them even if they are ill.
No one likes to be told what to do.Make them stay home & not play bingo for a year.....Oh,that would kill them,I'm sorry...
