If the ball bounce more than once, it will not be considered as a No Ball. However, if the ball bounce more than twice, the delivery will be considered as No Ball.

Pertinent portion of Law No.24 regarding No Ball is reproduced below:

"The umpire at the bowler's end shall call and signal No ball if a ball which he considers to have been delivered, without having previously touched the bat or person of the striker,
either (i) bounces more than twice
or (ii) rolls along the ground before it reaches the popping crease.

The ball will be considered a no ball if it bounces more than 2 times. However it is allowed to bounce twice. I remember this happened not too long ago in SA Vs Aus and Aus of course hit the ball for a 6.

It can bounce twice but not three times - if three it would be considered a no-ball. However, when bowling most (If not all) pro bowlers get the ball to just bounce once to give the batsman less time to react.
