Something about your reference to the window cleaner and spiders that might make me afraid to visit you. Know what I mean?

Ok, I'll visit you. When?

The bathroom tiles and shower screen, which is what I have to do today. In fact the whole bathroom. My husband doesn't seem to know how to do it. I never clean the insides of the windows, unless I can't see out of them. I don't think my window cleaner likes doing windows either, especially not the corners. Also, I work in a cafe, so I spend all day cooking and doing dishes, then, guess what- more of the same when I get home, plus the washing and ironing (while my husband plays chess on my laptop). I could probably beat Sylvester Stallone in an arm wrestle.

Yeh, windows is a good one! Whenever I do them I spend so long on them - then I stand back and see a hundred smears everywhere! As for the outsides - long live window cleaners!!
Other yucky jobs....
Cleaning down by the cooker - greasy!
Toilets - stinky!
Cleaning the junk off the kitchen table - it gets
covered with mail & letters from school, etc..
Cleaning up after one of the cats is sick - only thought of that one 'cos he was sick 2 days ago!

I'm not the most domesticated person in the world - but I try!

Most things - especially ironing and windows!
I have a window cleaner now - it works out at £2 a week and I am going to buy some of that cleaner that is advertised - the one that means they only have to be done once a year!!!
It is advertised in all the nationals!!!
And I am studying hard to get a better paid job that means I can send out the ironing at least!!!

Cleaning for one thing is never fun. The one thing I don't like about cleaning is once it is clean it doesn't take long before it isn't clean again. Nothing is more frustrating then trying to keep things clean and someone comes and carelessly doesn't clean after themselves. The worse thing I do not like about cleaning is the toilets. Toilets are always the most dirties thing in the house. I manage to put on my yellow gloves to prevent from getting on my hands but at the same time it is unpleasant. Especially when you have to bend way over and reach under the toilet and clean the sides and the back. It is always hard to get the part behind the toilet clean without practically getting on my knees and washing back there. Thanks for asking!!!!

I HATE decluttering. I always think, "Hey, this could be useful," or "I'm going to need it someday." This is true in about 10 percent of the cases -- I sometimes throw something out, and then two weeks later I really, really regret it.

But in most cases, I never need the thing again. I don't know why I have such a strong psychological barrier to tossing stuff out. I'm working on it, though. Just threw away some old (probably 20 years old -- they are my MIL's) plastic juice pitchers. Hello, new shiny stuff!

I hate cleaning the tub, and around the toilet, washing silverware and glasses. I use Alcohol on the toilet everyday so I don't get grossed out.
I love doing laundry though. :)

Dusting. My old man quite often writes 1908 or some such year in it. Then I fling the duster at him and tell him to get on with it!
