this is a quote

it seems like its a program called backweb

The easiest way to deal with this little problem is, to go to 'Start'>Run and type
in: 'msconfig'. Here you will find a tab saying 'Startup'. Find the offending application,
untick it, press 'apply', 'OK' and restart like requested. I am certain it will stop the error message
as the program will no longer run at startup.

ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS GO TO THE REGISTRY
BY TYPING REGEDIT IN RUN BOX
FROM HERE COPY PASTE THE ERROR YOUR RECEIVING IN THE FIND OPTION UNDER THE REGISTRY SETTINGS AND THEN DELETE THE STRING.
CAUTION IF THE STRING HAS A VALUE DONT DELETE IT SIMPLY JUST DOWNLOAD A REGISTRY REPAIRING TOOL
LIKE THE FREEWARE EUSING REGISTRY REPAIR TOOL AND FIX THE REGISTRY FOR ERRORS.
