From what I understand, any birth control pill can cause high blood pressure, which I'm sure you know is to be avoided when you've had a stoke.

Many drs would find it too risky to try if someone has had a stroke and then decided they wanted to use birth control pills afterward. I would recommend also checking with your dr to be on the safe side to see what they say.

I haven't found any. Everything has side effects except condoms. I know, they suck. But being a smoker, Im not gonna chance a stroke being over 35 and smoking. Are you doing well now? Good luck.

believe its not recommended.and a vasectomy worked for me
