First of all, the 95 Caprice has a 5 lug wheel, not a 6. Replacing the studs is a fairly easy job, but it would be best left to a qualified technician. Check the wheel too, if the nuts were left loose, there may be some damage to the wheel.

While the car is being repaired, have the lug nuts checked on all the wheels.

Studs should be a couple of dollars a piece, and the labor to install them should not be that much! It is a serious safety issue, so if you are not skilled in auto repair (and by your question, I assume you are not), have the repair done by a pro!

Auto parts stores will have the Studs for the lug nuts. You will also want to but new lug nuts to match the studs. Is Problem commonly occurs when the lug nuts a tightened too tight. pick up a torque wrench and make sure your tightening the lugs up to the correct Lb Ft. in most cases its 80 to 85. you will need a hammer to hammer out the old studs. Now if it's on the front end you should be able to pull the whole hub assemble of the car and put it in a vise. project should take about an hour if you have the right tools. you pound the old ones out and with a metal punch you drive the new ones in. I would replace the other studs you have left as well. They may have been damaged when the others broke off.

what gear said is correct however since you had to ask this question you probably dont want to do the repair yourself. have the car towed to a reputable mechanic and have him do the work also have him check the brakes and rotars on all the wheels while hes at it. i suspect the problem to begin with was that the last person to take that wheel off didnt tighten the lug nuts down properly

you can replace the broken lugs with new ones, but it would be best to get it inspected to find out what caused them to break. might be other problems.
