Very few people would disagree with this logical inference...
Now..."A" must be verifiably true for everyone, a fact nobody would deny (i.e. "A" is "if we don't have any air to breath for a certain period of time, we will die...) and "B" must also be true (there's suddenly no air to breathe for a certain period of time) then "C" must also be true (we die...), therefore "A" equals "C"....
Make "C" (God exists)
What statement would "A" and "B" be, without repeating statement "C", bearing in mind that "A" and "B" must be a probable fact everyone (even non-believers) agree on, and statements "A" and "B" must not be "beliefs," they must be empirical facts....

This is not always true, as few situations in the real world live up to your imposed parameters. I would say 'proceed with caution' because to not do so invites disaster of the worst sort.

Sigh. Your logic is not well stated. I know what you are trying to say though. It just doesnt come out as correct reasoning. Polish it up a bit more.

you cant prove empericaly that there is a god. you can come up with theories but no actual hard evidence.
