The first time I aimed a gun at the target at the shooting range, my hands were sweaty and shaking so bad. That was 17 years ago, I don't shake any longer.

No when I get real nervous I get really cold and start to shake. Not a nice feeling I like to have.

Yes I have been and thats not a very good feeling.
Try breathing through your nose and out through your mouth ten times, I noticed for me that helps me to calm down.

No... but a few times (usually public speaking) my legs shook so badly I COULDN'T STOP THEM! It was horrible. And I couldn't sit down either.

my hands always give me away no matter how calm i might look and sound but my hands shake and shake and shake* if i'm sacred or nervous...and they dont care who's looking or where i'm at..!! my hands shake when i'm watching a scary movie and something scary's gonna happen , they shake when i like someone, they shake when i'm nervous in a interview....its like they have mind of there own!

Many times,I suffer from bad anxiety.I had an extremely bad anxiety attack the other day.So bad thought I was having a heart attack.
