my friend tell me something about his dink. he say he find weird white stuff on it. it not semen, it little chunks of something yellowish, and he say it feel waxy. what is it? he is scared it's something bad.

Can he wash it away? If so, it's probably just smegma, and he needs to retract his foreskin when he showers and wash underneath.
If it's not easily washed away or is very sore underneath, he should consult a doctor, as he might have a yeast infection, which is highly contagious.

Without other information we can't help you more, but I think you referred to the "smegma", right a whitish matter like wax with a bad smell. It's around the glans and under the foreskin only. Isn't it?!
