is there any way to get mac os 10 running on a PC if so how

Yes, there are ways of getting it to run on a PC, AMD or Intel and this may not be a simple task to some. Granted the method used to do this does not settle well with Apple and is most likely illegal. But folks have managed to make altered version that will install and run on a normal PC.

Only through emulation and the end result could be slow. This is an extra layer of software that simulates every components of Mac hardware and BIOS level software so that a more removed software like Mac OS and Mac programs can run on a PC.

I REALLLLYYY doubt that. I know that Macs can run OS X and Windows XP, but I don't think it works vise-versa.
