Lately I see a lot of young men with bald heads. My first reaction is either they are military, have cancer, or are a psycho nut. I can relate to some older guys looking sexy with a bald head, but very few. I'd really like to know why a young man especially would shave off his head intentionally or who finds this appealing and / or creepy like I do. Thanks.

You already said why they would. I have a friend that shaves his head bald since high school, and he's not in the military, no cancer, or a psycho. Reason he went bald in the first place was because my other friend was cutting his hair, two of the other guys were goofing off...bumped into him, and so he cut too close. So he just decided to shave it all off. Ever since that he just kept it like that. I think it would actually look weird if I see him with hair. Anyways, guys do this because they think it fits them most. Like me, I change my hair styles once in awhile, let it grow a little longer, but I just end up cutting it back to my crew cut, mainly because I think it suits me best.

I think it's creepy too. I do not understand why a man who could potentially have a nice head of hair shaves it bald. Looks horrible on every guy.

no, I do not find it attractive when someone who has a full head of hair shaves it all off for "style''..
the only way i find it acceptable or attractive is when a man is going bald or losing his hair naturally and shaves what is left off to avoid bald spots and comb - overs..
or for a medical reason or military, like you mentioned..

Definitely creepy. I don't even look at such guys if I can help it. Naturally bald is fine, but shaved makes me want to barf.

I agree, it's a bit creepy. Probably because it carries conotations of things like cancer, extreme religious beliefs or cult membership, or white-power based racial beliefs.

I think it is nice looking on some guys and make others look like Nazi's I don't know. Just try cutting your hair real low first.

yeah bald people who arnt old look wierd...most people have to do it though bcuz their hairline is so far back u would think they were bald anywayz
