tell me something random about yourself

i have this weird thing where drawers must be shut all the way. if they aren't, i open them again and shut them again so i can hear that they are shut all the way. thats kind of ocd.

another thing is i don't like different foods touching when they are on my plate.

I hate things on my feet. As soon as I get home from work i take my shoes and socks off. Also, I won't wear socks more than once. Even if I only wore them to go to the store, once I take them off they are dirty to me and won't go back on my feet.

Well, everyone has their own quirks; if we didn't we'd just be boring! I used to do the open and shut thing with my closet doors; now before I go to sleep I open my front door, and slam it shut and then lock it. I check all the burners on the stove and make sure the windows are closed. ( I have a fan) But I do have one weird thing. I love the smell of lighter fluid. I also love sardine sandwiches. (blush) Also, I agree with you, I do not like different foods touching when they're on my plate either. When I was growing up, my mother would just sort of push all the food together on the plate. Yuck.

I have to have socks on when I go to bed. I wake every morning with the left one gone. My son is the exact same way. Always the left NEVER the right.

I don't like my food to touch either.

I eat the chocolate off three musketeers bars and then eat the filling. i also can only eat m&m's if I bite it in half one by one with my teeth only(no hands).

And since I read Stephen King IT at 13, I cannot walk over water grates, near any kind of sewer opening. I walk around them. I was convinced Pennywise the Clown was going to grab me and take me down into its lair. Now it is just a habit.
Also I can't go to sleep if the curtains aren't pulled. I saw a movie one time and these creatures kept popping up in the windows. Freaked me out.

I clean my fingernails on the pages of my books... I do not do this if I do not own the book.

When I'm riding in the car with someone I don't know very well, I put hair in weird places and lick my thumb and touch out of the way places, to leave DNA evidence behind incase they kill me.

I cannot wrap my mind around the concept of the universe going on forever.

I'm allergic to olive oil, but not olives.

When riding in a car with friends, if I'm in the backseat I have to sit on the right side, cant sit on the left, it drives me nuts, lol. Also my drawers have to be shut as well and no clothes can be hanging out of them either, I also make sure my closet doors are completely shut.

I have to sleep with at least one foot out of my blankets or I feel totally confined. I can't have blankets anywhere close to my face or i feel like i can't breathe.
I also hate it when ppl leave the cupboard doors open. But i would have to say the biggest thing for me is, when my hubby asks me for something that he's in the same room with and I'm in a complete different part of the house. That just annoys the hell out of me.

I have the plates that are sectioned off so my food does not touch.. And a random thing about me I get mad if someone leaves toast crumbs in the butter bowl, it drives me insane. and to go to sleep at night i have to lay on my left side. If not i can't sleep.

Probably OCD, the food thing I know a couple of people like that and I have to make sure my bathroom door in my bedroom is shut before I go to sleep...I think it is still the kid in my heart scared of the "boogie man".

I have to let my dishes sit in the sink for 15 minutes before I can wash them. I think that is the magic number to make sure they have soaked properly. I also opened mouth kissed a horse once. Good Night.

I have a lot of things! I have to have my closet door closed all the way. The volume dash on the tv has to be covered up all the way. I take pictures of myself sometimes instead of looking in mirror to see if I look nice. I have OCD I think!
