I tried that joint the other day and ewwwwwwwwwwww. No beef there! I got so sick, omg, I thought I'd die. Worst of the worst. Anyone else experience this? That tasted NOTHING like beef either-----ughhhhh NEVER AGAIN.

It is "beef" but it is mostly liver and not much regular ground beef

it's 100% beef. they have the patties special made thin and with holes in them to cook faster. it's no black angus, but it's beef. that whole thing with steaming is true. they have the onions on the bottom the patties on top and the bun on top of that while on the grill. saw it on a documentry.

I love white castle. I have eaten them since i was a kid.. I guess you have to get use to the taste( no i don´t know whats in the meat , but i don´t care at this point).. When i go back home to Chicago, Thats the first place i want to visit!

It is actually 100% USDA graded BEEF...no liver, no by-products. They are steamed in onions and if you don't like them, GREAT! That leaves more for me.
