Well, I just got a Ceasar salad kit tonight from my local Aldi store and tossed in some carrots. There's something about the dressing and parmesan and croutons that really makes me go for the Ceasar with anything on it like green or red bell peppers and chicken - you can add almost anything and make a great Ceasar.

just this evening.
My b/f and I both are on a high maintainance diet to keep our weight down so we eat salads almost on a daily basis. Being that we are veggie lovers we use everything but the kitchen sink.....carrots, cucumbers, bellpeppers, onions, radishes, mushrooms, tomatoes, boiled eggs, celery, miniature corn on cob, boiled okra, and broccoli florets. Very filling........and so good........

Baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, mandarin oranges, chicken breast, shredded parmesan cheese, croutons with raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Come to think of it that would go good with the ca-bobs you grill.

Thursday, I had romaine lettuce, a boiled egg, sliced black olives, chopped red onions, garbanzo beans, sliced cucumbers, feta cheese and red wine vinegrette. Mmmmmm

Today.Just a basic garden salad with cucumber,tomato,and mushrooms.And no,they weren't magic mushrooms!

I never understood that...i mean...it doesnt even look like a salad? what's going on with kids these days? a vagina isnt even green! well sometimes....but god!
