a baby doesn't drown on the amniotic fluid because while in the womb, the baby does not actually 'breathe' oxygen. They receive all the oxygen that the need via the umbilical cord, which is attached to the placenta, and in turn, attached to the mother.
Yes, a mother feels the baby move, usually around 16 to 20 weeks. It can sometimes be painful, such as if the baby lodges a foot or hand into the rib cage, but most mothers enjoy the movement. It is rarely described as painful during a normal pregnancy.

Because the fetus is getting oxygen enriched blood through the umbilical cord.
The amniotic fluid accomplishes numerous functions for the fetus, including:
Protection from outside injury by cushioning sudden blows or movements
Allowing for freedom of fetal movement and permitting symmetrical musculoskeletal development
Maintaining a relatively constant temperature for the environment surrounding the fetus, thus protecting the fetus from heat loss
Permitting proper lung development
AND YES.. a fetus makes movements or kicks that mother can feel.. constantly. I had one soccer player and one gymnast. TRUST me I know! The movements are not painful usually, just annoying when you are trying to sleep.

The fetus is in a sac of fluid, that fluid allows the baby to develop and keeps infection away from baby during the gestation period. Yes, the mom feels the baby's movement and kicks but it is not painful. The first time you feel your baby move it is as if you reach a new level of excitement about your pregnancy.
A good book to read to help you with all your questions is: "What to Expect When You are Expecting" it takes you month by month and tells you what is happening to the baby and your body.

He doesn't drown because he's not breathing air. He receives his oxygen from his mother through his umbilical cord (that's it's purpose).
The mother can feel it because the fetus is in her body and there's not much space for him in there. It's a limited space......and if the fetus runs out of space and kicks again the inside, the mother feels it on the outside.

The fetus doesn't drown b/c they are not "breathing" with their lungs. They receive oxygen through the umbilical cord.
Yes, you can definately feel the baby kick, and yes, it can be painful! But not all the time... :)

The fetus doesn't breathe, it gets its air from the umilibal cord as well as it's food. It will practice breathe when it has lungs... but doesn't develop them till week 34. The kicks can hurt in late pregnancy, yes.

Baby gets oxygen through the umbilical cord, which is attached to the placenta. This is one of the major reasons that women should not smoke or be around people that are smoking while pregnant. Cigarette smoke restricts the amount of oxygen to the placenta, and this can lead to problems with the baby. The kicks are not bothersome unless they kick your bladder, or your ribs.

The lungs are not formed till the end. The fluid is there for the baby to practice swallowing and breathing. So it is grown in this liquid.
Nope the kicks do not hurt. they can hit something from time to time but no they will not hurt.

the baby doesn't get its oxygen from the lungs until after birth. until birth they get it in the blood the mother passes through the umbilical cord. and the kicks can be painful in the last couple months the baby has a tendency to poke you really hard in the ribs.
