What's th point of sneezing into your hands?. What good will that do? I'll try to find a tissue to sneeze into if I can. But. if not, I'll get up and walk away and try to sneeze downwind. I don't want to constrict myself, either with a sneeze, or even a fart, just not hold things in ever, but make it a habit to do it all down wind and as far away as you can from other people.

Usually I am in time to do so, as I usually have those slow attacks - the kind you know it is going to come. However, it depends whether in time to grab out that tissue is another issue. If not, just have to go for the bare hands : / .

Often, I will just squeeze my nose tight, and let out a soft little kind of suffocated "ah-choo" from the mouth. And I'm pretty sure the whole reaction will lead to having the eyes shut close at the that moment.

Couple of weeks ago, had a terrible cold. It was nasty when running out of tissue and had no choice by kept recycling that pathetic pice of tissue, finding all corners and sides to sneeze - Yicks - but no choice.

EEEEEEYEWWWW. it is sooo disgusting. ideally, you may desire to sneeze right into a hanky, even regardless of the undeniable fact that it does not constantly artwork out that way. the subsequent ideal element to do is to sneeze into your elbow. i'm no longer kidding. This facilitates to sidestep the unfold of germs because of the fact in case you sneeze into your hand, after which you touch some thing, properly, there circulate the germs onto somebody else.

It would be very disrespectful do NOT cover your nose and mouth when you sneeze. I was taught to do that when I was probably a toddler.

No, I don't. If you sneeze in your hand, then germs are on your hand and you pass them onto other things. I just look the other way into my upper arm that way my shirt catches them. There was actually an article saying that thats the best way to do it. i don't know the site name, though.

Of course. It's only proper to do so.

But I know what you mean. I would hold my breath for as long as I could after I see them sneeze.

I do, but with my sleeve, NOT my hands. Sneezing into your hands is as gross as not covering at all. Sneezing then touching things - blech!
