About 7 months ago when my hubby came home from his second tour in Iraq. It's a little hard to explain the relief and utter joy you feel when your spouse returns home from war....I would say it's beyond celebration...it's more like ELATION!!

It was a hard school year. So much happened....... so many issues we had to work through. It all came to an end last week and my girls and I sooooo celebrated! We made it. We survived. We all three took a collective breath and could just feel the weight of the year lifting. It was an amazing feeling. So celebrating felt necessary!! And who better to do it with than my two amazing little girls. :)

When my youngest son was handed his college diploma. What a proud moment that was!

Thanks JC, congratulations to you both! Special is it not?

Our kids accomplishments make for the best celebrations.

It is the need and requirement of nature within each and every one of us that we celebrate the times in which we live; only to enable our moods to be in the celebrating conditions, of happiness and goodness; and only to enable and empower the condition of the nature within each of us to be likewise, because only then all of us can become creative, constructive, and productive of the spirits of joy, love, and compassion in our works, and through our works.

It is however not easy to be in celebration mood or to feel like celebrating at all the times. Perhaps that is the reason that our religions, traditions, and cultures offer us opportunities of celebrations in different times of the year in the forms of festivals, or through teachings for conducting ourselves nicely and pleasently with others.

I feel that, instead of trying celebrations, if we work hard to become creative, constructive, and productive of nature of joy, love, and compassion in ourselves, through goodness and happiness in ourselves and in our works and actions, then we would not seem to be waiting for celebrating.

Let me have ratings, and views for above.

The last time I felt like celebrating was the last time I had something to celebrate.

Last Night....................(and I am suffering for it mightily this morning)
My son graduated from the
"Arts and College Preparatory Academy"
High School, yesterday !!!!!!!!!!!!!
and we had a major blow-out party for him and his graduating class of 31.
To celebrate to end of one journey and the beginning of another!

i felt like celebrating today because it was my birthday but my lousy husband didn't get me anything and had nothing planned for the whole day and whenever i said what i wanted to do he seemed like he didn't want to do it the whole time.
