LOL The first thing I can remember wanting to be was a cab driver!

*First I wanted to be a police, to put all the bad people in jail. *Then I wanted to be a pilot because it looked so cool.
*Doctor so I could save peoples' lives.
*Entrepreneur so I can make lots of money.
*Teacher so I can teach the "right" way, unlike some of those bs teachers
And many more... I was one of those kids that had too many things they wanted to do and couldn't decide what. Anyways, since my girlfriend had a surprise pregnancy in high school and left after my son was born, I had to work at my mom's restaurant. I knew from there what I wanted to do. I always enjoyed cooking, and then I actually experienced it. 8 years later, and I'm the proud owner of my own restuarant. :)

I wanted a job with the Foreign Service working at an Embassy. Nope, didn't do it but worked for the Gov't stateside anyway. I wanted to be an independent homeowner with a child and a dog. Did do that and that is probably the best thing I did. No regrets.

My mother tells me when I was 4 I wanted to be the one that pumped her gas. And no, that didn't work out. When I got older I, like you, decided I never wanted to grow up.
