ya just reformat/reinstall windows
put in the XP disk / or recovery disk in and follow the instructions.
be sure to delete the partition and create a new one (this wipes everything)
then follow the instructions

what do you mean dump everything ?..the info ??..just open the case and take out the hard drive hit it a few times with a hammer and throw it away..that way no one..never ever can get your info..

Well...first you unscrew the side panel of your tower. Then you rip out all of the hardware until you have an empty shell...lol
