You tell me which of us is the blonder of the two:

I have one of those coffeemakers with an automatic programmer that I prepare the night before so I don't have to use precious time in the morning. On more than one occasion, I have gone to pour that desperately needed cup of coffee only to see that same sparkling clear water that I put in the tank 8 hours prior now about 200 degrees warmer floating in the carafe because yours truly forgot the coffee grounds. I mean, last time I checked, the key to coffee is the coffee itself, correct.

And, yes I too have gone through the motions of making the coffee and failed to turn the coffeemaker on. Then actually found myself thinking, "boy, it's taking especially long for the coffee today." I'd give up making coffee altogether because it may be the root of all of my personal insecurities. But you see there's that little problem of chemical dependency....

I tried to email you to tell you that my secret fantasy dream job has always been to either be a stand up comic or write for a sitcom. Since I received a personal record of violation notices today (I mean no harm, I swear), my Yahoo! Answers self-esteem is running a little low, and your answer to my silly question made my day. But you don't allow email. And I tried to add you as a contact but you don't accept fans. Willing to make an exception? I won't let you down.

And you love The Cable Guy. This is quite a game of phone tag we've got here. Pretty please.

Not sure about you being the only blonde guy to do it that way but, the filter goes in first, then the coffee. And damm it sucks when you've gone to all that trouble, walk away, come back expect your coffe to be done and then you have to wait another five minutes, that sucks.

As far as I know, you are the only guy to ever attempt to make the coffee at all. lol

Don't feel bad, it happens to the best of us, even brunettes! I know I have been both..
