First off, if you bake a cake with a file in it, she probably won't even cut into the cake, because she would think the chocolate would be too fattening...
IF for some reason she DID find the nail file, do you really think she'd know to try to use it as a tool for escape? I'm guessing no..

plan B - bake another cake, with a lead file, she'll eat the cake, get lead poisoning. They'll take her to the infirmary. The next morning, you can smuggle her out in the dirty sheets.
