In the broadest sense, science refers to any systematic methodology which attempts to collect accurate information about the shared reality and to model this in a way which can be used to make reliable, concrete and quantitative predictions about events, in line with hypotheses proven by experiment. In a more restricted sense, science refers to a system of acquiring knowledge based on the scientific method, as well as to the organized body of knowledge gained through such research.

If you want to understand, if you want to come to a picture of what science is, what knowledge is, it could be a good start to try to become clear about the general content of the concept.
Many activities are today characterized as "Science!", while other activities are just as definitely characterized as "Pseudoscience!", maybe without the one making the judgment always having made it clear to himself what he really means with the words he is using. Especially when you try to come closer to an understanding of what "an anthropomorphically fertilized art of healing" could mean, but also "anthropomorphically natural science" in general, it becomes important to become clear about the different aspects of the concept and the problems with which it is connected.

in simpler terms Science is everything from matter, state of mind, to why and how the world/universe works. How God made this perfect cycle.

Science is a way of understanding the natural world and the universe. Science uses a repeatable and testable framework to falsify ideas (i.e. hypotheses) about nature. Science is different than other explanatory systems like magic, myth, faith, or religion for these reasons.
