i have said it back. and i really did mean it at the time. but looking back now i dont know if i really loved the guy. but when it comes to family i say I LOVE YOU TOO and i always mean it.

Yep, I love you too, we all love each other in some way, just learn how to accept that even you can love your greatest enemy.

It depends if I loved them back like my mom i say it back to my husband too but like my aunts and stuff I don't really say it to them cause I hardly even talk to them or see them yeah they are family but it's weird
