Yeah, this is your spiritual self communicating. We all have one and all have the ability to gain spiritual enlightenment but some people choose not to tap into theirs.
If you are inquisitive and want to answer your own questions you need to make use of this psychic energy.
Do a bit of research into spirituality.

Premonitions can be dangerous if not downright deathly. The one premonition which I had in c1960 was a Muslim take over of the West.
The form of the premonition then was not of religion but of art, in the form of music and poetry. This was sparked off by an interest in and a mad desire for Arab music which I had been listening to since childhood on Radio Cairo.
I have since learnt that this is not to be so and that the premonition was probably flawed in some way.
One thing however is happening which my premonition foretold and it is the destruction of the Christian churches in the Middle East. This is happening on a big scale in Baghdad. Thousands of Christians have been made homeless and their churches burned down.
It now seems likely that Christians will be thrown out of Jerusalem at some stage not by the Muslims or the Jews but rather by their own jealousy and inability to share holy sites without recourse to violence in some instances.
No more of this, except an end. It is either my own death or that of the West. I am not sure.

Sometimes I may have a few random flashes. But they generally dont mean anything. I have deja vu a hell of a lot though.

premonition as a prophesy suggests a fate that you cannot change.
Several times I had this kind of impression, but it is just a form of intuition.

There doesn't seem to be any premenitions about "tuition,"
when it comes to paying it back in student loans for collage.

Yes! Many people have such experiences, but most of them don't take them into consideration.
