Need the name of an actress in an old TV show?

Ok, there was this old TV show on the Disney Channel & it was called either "So Weird" or "That's So Weird..."
I want to know the name of the actress who played Phiona (sp?) the daughter who always seen the ghosts...

More infor: The show had a mom who was a musician & they traveled accross the US & in every episode there was somthing strange that happened, mainly to the little girl...
