The way I look at it everytime another black person says it to another they are just continuing the cycle of verbal oppression. The sad part is they don't realize that it is part of the reason why a good portion of African Americans are in the are in jail, at the poverty level and using drugs.

When you are verbally oppressed all of your life at some point you will start believing that you are less of a person.
