I think it is natural to "wonder" about a life other than your own from time to time, to wonder what it would be like to be with someone else. This doesn't make you a bad person, or even a bad husband. The question is this...do you feel as though you want to be with someone else? Do you feel as though you are not in love with your wife anymore? It's natural to wonder, but not natural to stray. You need to figure out which of those two things are really crossing your mind.

I don't think it's actually being bored with the same person, i think sometimes life gets so routine day in and day out that your whole lifestyle feels boring. After being married 10yrs usually the "spark" that was there in the early days isn't there anymore. Try and do something different~be a bit more spontaneous and things might liven up a bit!
Good Luck~~~

10 years is a long time but no you do not get bored from the same person unless you don't love you're hubby/wife, maybe you find other things more interesting sexually but think about everything you've gone with that person for ten years unless that person doesn't want to do things with you anymore and both of you are sick of each other. then move on

No. You have to spice things up once in a while whether it is in bed or a romantic trip to add the sizzle back in the marriage. You have to imagine yourself without your partner. If you can imagine that and be comfortable, then it is time to move on because it means you don't really love the person anymore. If there's no love, then what's the point of staying married? You might end up cheating next if you haven't done so already.

sound like the fire is burning down and the thrill is fading fast. hearing the word love used to float you away, but now it a hollow out word and the meaning has gone away. I am sure there was alot of passion in the early years, since you have to ten sound like its pretty darn thin. Now you have boredom creeping around your door once you feel your excitement is no more. Is this the fate of test of time?

I'm not bored with him, he's an awesome guy, but bored with the daily grind and the tedium - yep.

Nope. My hubby and I have been together for about 7 years, and we do things spontainiously (sorry for the spelling!) just because. We have our routine, but everyday is different. He's a sweetheart, and does things spontainiously. (Spelling, sorry)

I dont believe it's boredom, but rather lack of respect to be the culprit.
