Since the words for butterfly are in the genitive case, they could be changed to the nominative singular...Hesperiida, Lycaenida, Nymphalida, etc.
Caesar would probably know what you are talking about if you said ...Spectas, hesperida pulchra!

Butterfly is 'papilio' Romans made no distinction between butterfly and moth - 'papilio' can mean either one.
Beautiful butterfly is 'papilio pulcher'
