The band Quiet Riot released "*** on Feel the Noize" in their 1982 album Metal Health. The song was originally written and performed by the British glam-rock band Slade about ten years earlier.
Interestingly, the band did not want to play the track for their album. Their producer pushed it and eventually they caved in and played it. The recording is the first take.
