I'd chase them down, smackem in the back of the head, then spit on them. Unless it was a kid, then i'd talk to his/her parents and make sure that the kid gets a good enough punishment.

that would depend on how old they are...I don't handle spit in the face well and I am inclined to smack someone - however if it is a kid I would be inclined to smack their parents for doing such a shitty job in raising them...

Harassment is usually no physical contact crime, I'd say it may be more of a simple assault, depends on your state's definitions of the charges. But yes, you can charge something. It may be dismissed, but you can charge.

I would most likely be on my way to jail since I would have opened up a can of whupp-*** on them. My parents taught me that is one of the worst things you could do, besides its nasty.
